 Tom, fine---three relevant points that come to mind--as I wont be there tomorrow:
 (1) net closing costs to buyer are about $100
 (2) Stanford assessed it at about 1250 more than I paid for it---and theyre the simplest
 way of getting an obbjective cash appraisal if you want one.
 (3) coversely, the tax base is agreeably low (the county value on which taxes are assessed), namely $29000-----this makes the taxes considery less than if they were on
 ue market price.
